As part of the project DOEN! I organized a series of collaborative meetings with experts by experience, social workers, medical professionals, policy makers and managers in health care organizations. These meetings serve as a platform where participants collectively delve into diverse perspectives and collaboratively seek solutions to complex issues. The aim is to gain a comprehensive understanding and explore effective strategies to improve collaboration between health care organizations as well as individual professionals. This should result in more effective and patient-centered care while bearing in mind that professionals are not burdened with an increased amount of tasks.
