Keynote title: Reach out to research (R2R): library support services Researchers have always been a target group for libraries, but it is since a few years that libraries are consciously aiming for extending and enhancing the support to researchers. And they became quite creative with this. The keynote will cover the trends currently in research support services, illustrated with examples of good practice from the Central Medical Library, University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG) and others worldwide, as well as a look ahead to relevant emerging technologies and trends.
