Dancing Particles - Science, improvised modern dance, live music and video projection

During the Night of Art and Science 2015 I have made a 30 minute performance together with dans group Club Guy and Roni, visual collective WERC, and composer/musician Jan Klug. We have combined an explanation of my research for the general public with improvised modern dance, video projection of 3d models of our experiment and datasets from numerical simulations, and music that is inspired by the research (including samples that have been recorded in the our lab). The combination of dance, science, video projection and live music was suggested by Science LinX of the University of Groningen, and it turned out to be an exciting and successful combination!
