Responsible use of AI and algorithms by the Government - a fundamental rights approach

Activity: Organising and attending an event Organising and contributing to an event Academic

Description

As part of the EU-funded JuLIA project ("Justice, Fundamental Rights and Artificial Intelligence") we invite you to join our interactive workshop (Justice Lab) that aims to foster dialogue between justice professionals, researchers, and experts.

The goal is to promote mutual learning on a highly relevant topic, not only for public administration activities in a narrow sense but also, and above all, for the judiciary and other legal professions, which are increasingly called upon to address the legal issues raised by the use of Artificial Intelligence under the new EU law framework. The programme will feature the participation of distinguished speakers such as Professor Nathalie Smuha (KU Leuven and NYU School of Law) and Professor Aline Klingenberg (University of Groningen).
