The poster “Rethinking Education with Relevance Realization” (Mohebbi, Lazăr, van der Steen, Muñoz Arias & Lazăr, 2025) was presented at the RuG Educational Festival 2025. It examines how reflective audio journaling fosters metacognition and wisdom cultivation in engineering education. Within the twin courses Design and Construction (DC) and Mechanical Craftsmanship (MC) of the BSc Industrial Engineering and Management program, students engaged with ten weekly prompts via audio reflections designed to encourage spontaneity, authenticity, and perspective-shifting.
