The Groningen Heritage Network, in partnership with the Rudolf Agricola School’s Environmental Heritage Research Group, is excited to host A symposium focused on diverse perspectives on heritage!

The event will bring together experts from various disciplines, including archaeology, spatial sciences, and environmental studies, to explore the intersection of heritage and sustainability.

The afternoon will begin with a dynamic panel discussion, where speakers from different fields will share their insights on how heritage can inform contemporary challenges. Participants will then break into smaller discussion groups, fostering deeper conversations and collaborative problem-solving. A plenary session will follow, allowing for a collective reflection on the key themes of the day.

The symposium will conclude with an informal evening reception, offering attendees the opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and build connections across disciplines.
