File List Supplement_abundances.txt -- tab-delimited data file for use in spreadsheets such as Excel Description The Supplement_abundances.txt file features tree species abundance in each of the 50 1-ha forest plots (Karnataka State, South India). Only trees > 10 cm dbh are considered. Column definitions: numbered plot label. Ind_sp provides the number of individuals for each species over all the plots. Line definitions: numbered species label. Ind_plot provides the number of individuals in each plot. Mean_ind_sp provides the mean number of individuals per species, and Mean_ind_plot the mean number of individuals per plot.
