Rethinking Public Interests in Private Relationships (REPP) is a cross-disciplinary research initiative on the interaction between public interests and private interests in multi-layered legal systems.
Our research group is comprised of faculty members from distinct legal disciplines but with a common research focus. We work in collaboration with the Erasmus School of Law under the Law Sector Plan funded by the Dutch government.
Next to REPP, the Groningen Faculty of Law has a second focus area: Empirical Legal Studies.
