Research interests

Over the last decade it has become clear that non-coding RNAs are important players in virtually all physiological processes. Deregulation of non-coding RNAs contributes to diseases including cancer.

In our studies we focus on understanding how small and long non-coding RNAs contribute to the pathogenesis of B-cell lymphoma. These include studies on MYC –regulated miRNAs and lncRNAs, miRNA-lncRNA interactions and the role of lncRNAs in epigenetics.
