I use experimental and computational approaches (a lot of meta-omics & biogeochemistry) to mechanistically and quantitatively understand the biogeochemical cycles and key viral & microbial players in ecosystems, aiming to improve our ability to predict ecosystem responses to environmental change.
Key words: greenhouse gas emissions, climate change, omics, modeling, biogeochemical cycles, environmental microbiology.
