European Respiratory Society ECM Award 2024

The prestigious ERS ECM Award is annually awarded to a scientist below the age of 40 years based on important scientific contributions to the respiratory field, as evidenced by quality of publications, extra curricular activities, contributions to the society and future potential. The ERS is with 32,000 members (of which 33% below 40 years) the largest scientific and medical pulmonary organisation of Europe. The Award committee highly valued the research Job and his team performed regarding digital innovation (e.g. digital spacers, pill bottles and inhalers) to support respiratory drug use and outcomes in patients with asthma, COPD and tuberculosis.
