The lifespan of great tits The lifespan of great tits varies from 1 to 9 years. Yet what causes this
variation? In this study detailed behavioural observations will be made
of five generations of great tits and this will be combined with
ecological and genetic data from fifty generations of great tits in order
to answer this question.
