Abstract
The controllability of diffusively coupled multi-agent systems
is discussed in [1; 2]; in particular, using graph partitioning,
a characterization of the largest set of such uncontrollable
systems is proposed in [2], which, though interesting,
is not completely correct. We construct a class
of uncontrollable diffusively coupled multi-agent systems to
show why the characterization in [2] needs to be modified.
