Abstract
One of the goals of work package A.3 within the SMiLES research programme is to develop an evaluation tool for the hubs in Groningen and Drenthe, together with the hub programme team. A hub evaluation framework can be used as a decision-support tool which can help to assess a single hub over a course of time and compare the performance of a hub with other hubs. Furthermore, it can help to determine which developments could be implemented at hubs to improve its quality. With developing new hubs, the evaluation framework can assist in deciding which facilities and services could be provided at a hub.
