Abstract

The present chapter explores the new basic principle based concept of the vasculome from the perspective of the possibilities posed by modern AI implementations for its study and integration. First, we provide a theoretical overview regarding machine learning based AI, then we summarize research and clinical implementations in the field of vascular medicine at different levels of specialization, and finally, we discuss how knowledge emerging from these applications could support the adoption and integral study of the vasculome and its
pathological states.
