Abstract

Discussion on the relevance of Case C-243/15 Lesoochranárske zoskupenie VLK v Obvodný úrad Trenčín, the 'second Slovak bear' case. Where the Habitats Directive is again linked to access to justice as prescribed by the Aarhus Convention, this time in conjunction with Article 47 Charter on a right to a remedy.
