    Abstract

This study focuses on the innovative use of Perusall for collaborative reading within a flipped classroom framework. Perusall facilitates student understanding and engagement by enabling asynchronous text annotation and peer interaction. Teachers are supported through pilots and training sessions, guided by the T-Pack framework, to effectively implement Perusall in their courses. The redesign of courses and integration of Perusall have transformed students' perception of reading from solitary to a meaningful social learning experience. Challenges include presenting Perusall assignments as opportunities for discussion rather than mere tasks, with lessons learned informing ongoing improvements in blended learning approaches.
