Abstract

In section 2.2, the following sentence was incorrect: “The application for modifying the EQ-5D-5L was approved by the EuroQol Group (agreement number: 161826).” The sentence has now been corrected to read: “Using and modifying the EQ-5D-5L was approved by the EuroQol Foundation (161826, 165683).” The supplementary material has also been corrected with the addition of copyright statements. The original article has been corrected.
