Coupled-Channels Partial-Wave Analysis of Kaon Photoproduction

Abstract

A coupled channels analysis is presented for photo-induced kaon production which is based on the K-matrix approach. Channel coupling effects are large and should not be ignored. It is shown that multiple solutions exist in a model independent analysis. An outlook is given to the possibilities to include constraints due to causality.
