Abstract

This book, which today commemorates the 20th anniversary of our Group of Studies on Internet, Electronic Commerce & Communications and Informatics (GECTI) of the Law School of the Universidad de Los Andes, is not an isolated product of an initiative aimed simply at commemorating this anniversary, but is the result of the continued effort of our group of members to share and discuss important issues in this dynamic world of law from the development of disruptive technologies that today generate great challenges.
