Abstract

The study reported in this thesis began with the case history of a patient who died during an operation for nasas leptumcorrection. Deat was attributed to the local anaesthetic ussed, though many other drugs had also been given. This case report led us to look for a drug that could be used on its own as a premedication to give satisfactory relief of andety and to prevent the toxicity of local anaesthetics. ... Zie: Summary
