    Abstract

    Experiments are described to determine significant properties of the quasi-continuum γ-ray cascades which localize the entry states in the energy versus spin plane. Results are presented for α-induced reactions on 150Nd and 160Gd targets in the energy range of Esub(α)=40-110 MeV. (
