Abstract

This article describes, contextualises and justifies an approach to the evaluation of entrepreneurship and innovation training and culture development to be applied in the EU Teaming project Phaethon, drawing on our previous work on this topic. We first explain that research of entrepreneurship involving sustainability norms, as well as the other criteria that new products and services need to fulfil, is still relatively new, and that study of education and training in this area is even more recent and limited. We provide a brief overview of both. We then explain our proposed method of investigation, which is the use of interviews involving George Kelly's repertory grids. This is a social constructivist form of question design in which the terms of the questions are based on interviews with participants, with the aim being to understand the terms in which participants experience and perceive particular aspects of the world.
