Abstract

The development of the Council for Child Protection is placed in a historical context. The most important changes in law and organization are outlined and linked to relevant societal changes. Attention is given to the discussions on the nature and functioning of the Child Protection Council. Each chapter ends with a case study thats shows the pratice of the work of the Council for Child Protection.
