N2 - In a modern consumer society, characterized by constant advances in technology, the internal regulations of a country must be aimed at eliminating digital gaps and materialize the right regardless of the medium used, such as electronic commerce. Throughout this article the reversal of payment established by the Consumer Statute (L-1480/11) is analyzed. It seeks to present in detail the operation of the reversal of payment in contrast to the handling given to it in the current market.
