Abstract
A novel method of synthesizing solid-phase bound isocyanocarboxylic acids is reported. The potassium salts of four different isocyanocarboxylic acids are coupled onto a brominated resin in DMF in good yields. 32 Ugi reactions were performed using these resins and 24 products were obtained in good to viable purities. © 2003 Elsevier Ltd.
