Abstract

This study originated from dissatisfaction with the way in which philosophy of education fulfils its value-judging role. In Part I we describe the triadic educational theory (and the related so called "Entsprechungs-Padagogik") as an atrractive and productive theory, although criticism is expressed as well. In part 2 we examine this criticism more closely from the angle of philosophy of law, particularly from a view which is in fact related to the educational theories which were analysed.
