In Part I we describe the triadic educational theory (and the related so called "Entsprechungs-Padagogik") as an atrractive and productive theory, although criticism is expressed as well. In part 2 we examine this criticism more closely from the angle of philosophy of law, particularly from a view which is in fact related to the educational theories which were analysed.
Part 3 shows that the triadic educational theory can serve as a basis for the analysis of the social conditions of adequate education. ...
