Abstract
Indonesia has been struggling to eliminate child labour in formal and informal sector. Necessary steps have been taken with focus to raise the universal access to education in order to prevent the children to become child labours, ipso facto gradually reduce the number of child labour. However, the challenge to eliminate the worst forms of child labour has to be effectively conducted through the involvement of all stakeholders in the elimination of the worst forms of child labour program. Through the human rights due diligence obligation of corporations, government can cooperate with corporations to eliminate the demand factor of the child labour thus contribute to the abolition of the worst forms of child labour.
