    Abstract

    Long term value is explicitly mentioned in the Dutch corporate governance code and should be taken into account when defining a corporate's strategy and a remuneration policy should be consistent with these objectives. The article explores to what extent sustainability and long term value creation is incorporated in the remuneration of both executive and non-executive directors
