    Abstract

irradiated SIS-devices (Superconductor - Insulator - Superconductor) at cryogenic temperature with 50 and 138 MeV proton beams. The total proton fluence reached values up to 5×1011 p/cm2. The DC IV-curves of the devices were monitored during the experiment. No significant change in the characteristics of the devices was observed.
