abstract = "Using an electron-positron collision data sample corresponding to (1.0087\textbackslash{}pm0.0044)\textbackslash{}times10\textasciicircum{}\{10\} J/\textbackslash{}psi events collected using the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we firstly search for the lepton number violation decay phi \textbackslash{}to \textbackslash{}pi\textasciicircum{}+ \textbackslash{}pi\textasciicircum{}+ e\textasciicircum{}- e\textasciicircum{}-J/\textbackslash{}psi\textbackslash{}to \textbackslash{}phi\textbackslash{}eta No obviously signals are found. The upper limit on the branching fraction of phi \textbackslash{}to \textbackslash{}pi\textasciicircum{}+ \textbackslash{}pi\textasciicircum{}+ e\textasciicircum{}- e\textasciicircum{}- 1.3\textbackslash{}times10\textasciicircum{}\{-5\} at the 90\% confidence level.
