Abstract

An overview is given of the operations of the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO) and its four instruments (CAM, LWS, PHT and SWS) the data received from the instruments and the processing carried out on the data. Focusing on the Short Wavevelength Spectrometer (SWS), data processed with version 10 of the Off-Line Processing (OLP) system are presented. The information given will enable the SWS data users to do further data analysis beyond the scope of the automatic Off Line Processing (OLP).
