Synthesis, structure, and reactivity of electron-deficient zirconium and hafnium polyhydride complexes

This thesis addresses the consequences of a new school choice procedure for the transition of pupils from primary education to secondary education in Amsterdam. The thesis focuses not so much on the stages in the school choice process as on the use of data that the new procedure provides for the quality and quality assurance of primary education in Amsterdam.
