Abstract
The topic of 'Research Data Management' brings academia currently in turmoil. Besides the scientific publications themselves like universities, publishers and data repositories also have the research data on which these beautiful publications are based. The researcher is urged to deposit its data. But researchers are skeptical about all this attention and greed. Why this turmoil?
