Abstract
Healthcare providers use Kaizen boards as part of their Lean improvement program. The use of these boards can be challenging, and the causes of these challenges are often unclear. In this paper we analyse the use of the Kaizen board based on three cases, and explore their usage from a goal setting perspective.
