Dr. Jan-Jaap Reinders, a dedicated scientist, lecturer, and work and organizational psychologist, will share his insights during his keynote, titled "The Importance of Interprofessional Collaboration in Urology." Drawing on his experience from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, University Medical Center Groningen, University of Groningen, as well as his involvement with Interprofessional.Global and IPINN as a Board Member, Dr. Reinders will guide attendees in appreciating the value of interprofessional collaboration (IPC) in urology.In this keynote, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how IPC can enhance the quality of care in urology. They will also learn to recognize the challenges that make interprofessional collaboration essential in urological practice and how applying IPC principles can build confidence and proficiency in their work. Additionally, Dr. Reinders will offer practical insights into the factors at individual, team, and strategic levels that can help foster effective IPC in clinical settings.
