Continuous single-molecule identification of full-length proteins with single-amino-acid resolution using nanopores

This database contains raw electrophysiology data. Eletrophysiology data: The electrophysiology data are grouped according to their use in the figures presented in the main text. Each folder corresponds to a specific figure and contains subfolders for each measured protein. Each subfolder contains raw traces (.abf files) of manually segmented squiggles used for analysis and figure generation. Each file includes the protein name, pore name, applied voltage.
