Replication Data for: Maternal manipulation of offspring size can trigger the evolution of eusociality in promiscuous species

This dataset consists of C++ code, simulation data and an R-scripts for data analysis. C++ simulation code can be found in folder Code. Executables, parameter files, and bash scripts to run job arrays are in the subfolders of Main and Supplement. Each subfolder represents a simulation scenario, containing the default coevolution (coevol) setting as well as the helping by default setting (all_help) for each scenario. All of the figures in the manuscript and supplementary materials can be created with the R-scripts and csv files found within subfolders. All further information can be found in the manuscript.
