Zilveren Zandlopers

Every year, the ‘Nederlandse Biotechnologie Vereniging’ awards the Zilveren Zandloper Innovation (odd year) or the Zilveren Zandloper Education (even year) awards. The prize consists of an statuette and a money prize of € 2500,- and is awarded during the NBC. These awards are given to a person/entrepreneur or group of people/entrepreneurs that have successfully contributed to the field of biotechnology in either innovation or education.

In 2021 the Zilveren Zandloper Education Award will be awarded. Submit your nominee by sending an email to [email protected] with the forms on the left of this page. Candidates for this category are teachers from higher education (WO or HBO) that have contributed in an outstanding way to biotechnology education the last two years.
