Samenvatting
Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) plays a vital role in economicsustainability. The effectiveness of SHM relies on accurately identifying andanalyzing the underlying dynamic behaviors. However, it is challenging to fullyunderstand these complex dynamic behaviors without any prior physical principles.Recently deep operator network (DeepONet) has gained extensive attention that liesin its great potential in discovering the underlying complex dynamics. To discover thefeasibility of DeepONet in the SHM domain, this paper conducts a preliminarynumerical study on vibration analysis using DeepOnet based on a single-degree-offreedom (SDOF) system. The results indicate the promising capacity of DeepONet inmodeling and predicting dynamic vibrations under various loading scenarios.
