Samenvatting
This chapter starts with an elaboration of the crisis of the current neoliberal free market capitalist growth based political-economic system that has resulted in the general call for alternative ideas. Second, it elaborates on one of those alternative ideas, namely Raworth's doughnut economics, followed, thirdly, by an analysis of what a shift to this economic model would mean for work based on Andriessens’ Eldorica. Finally, the chapter reflects on these explorations to indicate what role there could or even should be for labor lawyers in these debates.
