Samenvatting
This contribution summarizes the results of a comprehensive literature study that examined permanent changes in the world of work as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting consequences for employee health and occupational health and safety. A systematic literature search was conducted between mid-2021 and the end of 2022. A total of 123 studies were identified.
Numerous and largely reliable findings were found for working from home and digitalization. The results for the other areas, the consequences for health and developments in occupational health and safety are much sparser and more inconsistent. The results are methodically scrutinized and examined with regard to potential development needs in occupational health and safety.
