Kroniek oordelen College voor de Rechten van de Mens: het recht gevrijwaard te blijven van discriminatie op grond van godsdienst of levensovertuiging in de periode 2012-2022

This chronicle provides an overview of all judgements on the discrimination ground religion or belief of life by the National Human Rights Institute (NHRI). The chronicle of NHRI judgements deals with the judgments of the past ten years only once, because of the ten-year NHRI anniversary in October 2022. Below, I first briefly outline the purpose and tasks of the NHRI, as well as in outline the framework of equal treatment law. I then chart the NHRI judgements, followed by a quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpreting the NHRI judgements and placing them in the context of politics, policy and governance.
