The mechanical properties of amorphous metallic alloys ribbons with a nominal composition Fe1-xBx (x =14, 16, 17 and 20 at.%) leave been investigated. The samples were failured after manufacturing and 10 years keeping at room temperature. The fracture stress decreases after keeping on 600 MPa for the each boron concentration and the shape of the failure stress concentration dependence is completely conserved. Analysis of anomalies of mechanical characteristics in framework of polycluster model of amorphous solid is given.
