N2 - SoGreen raises awareness of and gives employers insight into the social effects of the measures they (plan to) take to advance the green transition, for example by adapting their work and service processes to reduce their carbon emissions. These green measures may have positive and negative effects on the workplace. In collaboration with all stakeholders, SoGreen identifies good practices and makes them easily accessible for employers, workers and their organisations via an interactive webtool. SoGreen will also identify necessary changes in collective labour agreements, company regulations and labour law, contributing to a fair and just green transition on the workplace.
